①.one 一个 泛指，就是前边已经出现过了，后边就不再说了，代指一下。比如：

I lost my old camera this is a new one.

我的旧相机丢了，这是一架新的。 one代指前边已经说过的的相机，泛指这一类旧相机。

②.it 特指 后边用it的时候，说明这个it就是指的前边说的这个东西（同一个东西），而不是其他的，更不是这一类。比如：

The weather here is too cold. I don’t like it. 这儿的天气太冷了，我不喜欢这儿的

天气。（it 在此指前面提到的the weather）

③.that it 与that 的区别是：表示同一事物时，用it表示同类事物时，用 that 或the one。

4、 that特指，代替不可数名词或单数名词，指物。

如：The weather in Wuhan is hotter than that of Dongguan.（that = the weather）武汉的天气比东莞的更热。

5、 those特指，代替复数名词。
